Coaching Disclaimer
Phoenix Life Coach provides coaching services designed to support personal development, mindset, and strategic growth.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
No Guarantees
Results from coaching vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Complimentary Power Sessions are limited and offered at our discretion. If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for rebooking.
For paid coaching sessions, 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Additional terms for multi-session packages or coaching agreements will be outlined in a separate written agreement at the time of enrollment.
Payments
If paid services are offered, payment terms will be disclosed prior to purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Phoenix Life Coach and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Life Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or coaching services.
